About Me
Alexandra Cie Schaefer Diamond LMT, CST-T is a licensed massage therapist, certified CranioSacral therapist and TA for CSTI. She began her lifelong study of the mindbody through her work as a Strasberg Method actress, drawn to the craft by a desire to seek greater human truths and share them through the expression of experience. While acting fed her creativity, she went back to school to feed her pragmatism. It was in the magical city of New Orleans, LA where she fell in love with bodywork. She received her degree in Massage Therapy from Delgado Community College, with a focus on prenatal massage. During her time in the Crescent City, she met and received bodywork from a CranioSacral therapist named Judy Bolton. Judy’s passion for Dr. Upledger’s work inspired Alexandra to study with the Upledger Institute upon graduation. Alexandra has since completed CST I, CST II, SER I, SER II, as well as her Techniques Certification. She plans to continue her studies with Advanced CranioSacral Therapy, Pediatrics and Equine CranioSacral therapy. As a massage and CranioSacral therapist, Alexandra aims to restore her clients’ mindbody awareness, bringing their whole self into balance. She employs Swedish techniques, myofascial release, deep tissue and trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, shiatsu and passive stretches as well as CranioSacral and Somatoemotional techniques to each session. Focusing on incremental gains toward long term wellness goals. My Skills
