About

I have always felt the call to serve others and have practiced as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since 1994 working with infants to adults. I was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy in 2015 while working in an Outpatient Pediatric Clinic in Boise, Idaho. After completing my first Upledger CranioSacral 1 course in 2016, under the supervision and guidance of an advanced practitioner, I have implemented CranioSacral Therapy with Special Needs children and their parents. After settling full-time in Sedona, Arizona in 2020, I retired from OT, and enrolled in Sedona School of Massage so that I may continue my practice in CranioSacral Therapy. I am also a  Komyo ReikiDo Teacher of the Japanese Branch of Reiki. I received my CranioSacral Therapy Techniques Certification in February 2023. 

I own my own business, Sedona Kokoro Healing in Sedona, Arizona. 

I have completed CS1, CS2, SER1; SER2, SERTIP, ADV1, VM1.  Teaching assistant CS1, CS2
