My Skills
I studied Myofascial release with Tom Myers/Anatomy Trains for the first decade plus of my career as a licensed therapist. The structural integration foundation created in that period of time provides a strong base for expansion in to other modalities.Â
My journey with Upledger and Craniosacral therapy started in 2019 and it brought the fascia world to next level for me, expanding my perspectives and approach to manual therapy. The integration and respect for nervous system based techniques was an expansive shift.Â
I went on to study Visceral manipulation with Barral again just adding to the layers and am currently registered for more in early 2027.Â
I attended a few classes of the John Barnes MFR curriculum and found it to be a welcome addition to the art of quieting into the space of following fascial patterns and recognizing the body's innate wisdom and messages it sends.Â
A "forever student" attitude is what I approach all things with and always open to trying new classes and different curriculums.Â
A toolbox with a wide variety of things to choose from on any given day has always been and continues to be my goal in life and in my practice.Â
