Training and Qualifications
Grace has taken 4 levels of training in the CranioSacral curriculum with the Upledger Institute. With the Basic CranioSacral Therapy levels a deep level of healing can happen as tissues and membranes release from their dysfunctional states. Pain can be relieved, tissues realigned, nerve function improved. CST is excellent for headache problems, back and shoulder pains, and any ailment that is nerve related.
Further levels of CranioSacral Therapy delve deeper into the emotions trapped in the body, easing and facilitating their safe release. Negative emotion trapped in the tissues can cause a great deal of pain and discomfort, as it impedes our natural energy flow and the flow of the cerebral spinal fluid through the body.
Reflexology
Grace is certified by Canada's largest Reflexology association, RAC. She has several years' experience stimulating bodies to function better by working their feet with gentle, comforting hand motions. Reflexology is an ancient healing technique that is common internationally.
Reiki
Reiki is the channelling of healing energy. Energy can be directed at a specific area or an overall balancing of the person's energetic field may be performed. The healing energy is gentle and never overpowering. By accepting the Reiki energy the recipient actually takes the energy and uses it to their greatest advantage wherever it is needed most.
Grace has received all attunements in the Usui method of Reiki. As well, she teaches Reiki classes, making her a Reiki Master. She has several years experience sensing energy fields and the power of energy healing.
Crystal Healing
Crystal healing works by utilizing the crystal structure of various semi-precious gems to clear and strengthen the energy field. Our bodies are fed and live in a weak electrical field that has several layers, each of different density. We also process energy in our bodies something like a frequency modulator, processing and balancing information and emotions for a healthy life. A treatment with crystals can help clear negative and heavy energies and strengthen our fields for better health.
Matrix Energetics
Can you change your reality, instantly? It is possible, says Richard Bartlett, Seattle area chiropractor and doctor. Based on the theory of Quantum physics real change can happen in an instant... as long as we can let go and let it happen.
An energy modality, Matrix Energetics is quite different from channelling or running energy. Its effects are very fast, and there is no manipulation of tissues. This is definitely a light-spirited technique.
