Linda L. Eaton
LMT, RMT Linda has had interest in holistic health for most of her life. After her first several Reiki sessions in 1998, Linda experienced profound changes in her life and knew soon after that Reiki was meant to be a part of her life to share with others through practice and teaching. She pursued massage therapy as a way to empower and spiritually benefit others. Linda became a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2003 and a licensed massage therapist in 2005. She has honed in her skills and drawn from her life experiences to use these powerful practices to self-heal and help others. Complementing these practices, Linda is also a CranioSacral therapist, an Aviana (Life) Touch therapist, and recently began studies in acupressure with Soul Lightening International. She has a bachelor’s of arts degree in Naturology with the American Institute of Holistic Theology and is a staff member with the Integrated Health Institute (IHI). In the fall of 2009, Linda opened The Healing Room for Wellness in McHenry, Illinois as a place where others can seek empowerment through Reiki and her other skills. Here, Linda offers classes to those interested in learning and improving their Reiki. As an IHI staff member, her classes can also apply towards continuing education units accepted by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Always with a smile on her face, Linda handles her practice in a caring, thoughtful, and trusting manner. Whether teaching or practicing, her clients find a safe and comforting atmosphere with Linda.
