The sunlight was brightly shining in our eyes when he shared "Cells have intelligence"! This resonated as deep truth and is the basis of my work. Our body, mind, and spirit are imbued with intelligence and consciousness. Healing happens by tapping into this innate healing, wisdom, and power. I studied extensively and directly with Dr. Upledger, Michael Shea, Franklyn Sills, Peter Levine, and Hugh Milne creating a blend of an energetic-structural-biodynamic approach.
