Sharon specializes in CranioSacral Therapy as a means to help her clients find the root cause of their problem. She incorporates CranioSacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Myofascial Release and therapeutic massage with hot stones, to help release restrictions and start the healing cycle.

On a personal level, Sharon found CranioSacral Therapy when she had a vision disorder which occurred after a head injury. The results not only took care of the disorder but it changed her life! She received her state and national massage certification so she could help others find a safe and gentle means of correcting their own health imbalances.

CranioSacral Therapy can be used for all ages. Sharon works with adults, infants, and children and she loves seeing how they respond to CranioSacral Therapy. It's never to early or too late to experience the benefits of CranioSacral Therapy.
