About

I combine the grounding of excellent physical therapy with a fascination for how our emotional and spiritual sides affect our health. To that end, I double majored in biology and psychology before completing my post-graduate degree in physical therapy in 1983. From the beginning of my career, I have combined solid physical therapy skills with the complimentary fields that address the whole person: CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release and Healing From the Core. I now enjoy a fulfilling and satisfying way to offer my gifts as I help others with their physical and emotional healing. I love engaging and utilizing each patient's inner wisom and providing a safe, non-judgmental environment that allows healing to naturally unfold. I have learned for myself to listen to my body and let it help navigate my own healing. As I continue to learn to be a better listener, I love to help others learn to listen as well. I have learned to hold a compassionate space for others. Helping to facilitate a healing process in another is one of the greatest honors and joys I know.
