Where if one already enjoys great health or siimply seeks options for renewal, restoration or relaxation, bounty exists in several therapeutic modalities available. Pat has studied light touch bodywork therapies since 1996, and is dedicated in advancing her skills and knowledge base with continuing education. She is certified in both Craniosacral Therapy (CST) techniques level, and Zero Balancing. Pat is also a Registered Acupressure therapist and a Reiki Master. With a gentle touch and a varied toolkit, a wide range of conditions can be relieved. Chronic pain, nervous system disorders, musculo-skeletal dysfunctions, headaches, TMJ, and many more issues respond favourably. "5 grams of prevention is worth a pound of cure" -- this phrase, originally coined at the Upledger Institute, simply states Craniosacral Therapy treatments early on can minimize or remove any tissue tensions before they become ingrained or problematic over time, while describing touch as very light. Regular wellcare supports the organism in self healing, and regulates the entire body, influencing the lymph, vascular, endocrine, respiratory, musculo-skeletal, and nervous systems. For those clients who are addressing health issues of a deeper nature, Craniosacral therapy combines well with both western medicine and oriental medicine.
