Trusting life and the body, I support the client to heal from within. I believe that health and wellness is our birthright. The process of living brings us into situations that challenge us and delight us. The results and memories of both remain in our tissues. Why not allow the release of what no longer serves to create value in your life? Is life without pain? No, and it doesn't have to get stuck in the body.

Having trained as a birth doula, my understanding of the birth process allows me to support both mother and baby throughout pregnancy and after.

Children of all ages benefit immensely from CST, especially newborns.

I welcome each of you to begin a healing process unlike any other you have undertaken. Together we can improve your overall health by listening to your body and its inner wisdom. Together we can find the hidden trauma or trapped emotions that seem to rule your life and health and invite the wisdom of your body to transform them for your overall health and happiness.

Driving directions
From I 64 heading West: take Mellwood Ave. exit, right at the end of the ramp. Turn right at next light onto Frankfort. 2nd block on the right.

From I64 heading East: take Story Ave. Exit. Go to first light and turn left. Next light turn left onto Mellwood. Go to next light and turn right on Frankfort. 2nd block on the right.

From I71 heading South (toward Louisville): Take I264 West (toward Louisville) and exit at Zorn Ave. Turn left at the end of the ramp. Go through first light and turn Right on Mellwood Ave. Continue on Mellwood to the first light at Brownsboro. Turn left onto Brownsboro, and take the next right onto Williams. Turn left onto Frankfort and it's on the right in that block.
