My Skills
Over 20 years of clinical experience and more than 100 courses investigating a therapeutic holistic (wholistic) integrated approach to enhance the quality of life & optimal potential of the interdependent mind/body/spirit/emotion relationship.
Most of the manual approaches I use during treatment work 'with' the rhythms of the body. If a direct approach is needed it will be done from the 'inter-barrier zone' rather than at the barrier. This in my opinion gives your body's intelligence the choice to 'choose' to reclaim rather than having to comply. Reclaim, retrain & rebalance!
