Kenneth I. Frey is a New York State Licensed Physical Therapist and Director of the Institute of Physical Therapy located at Columbus Circle in New York City.

Ken is a Diplomate and Techniques Certified CranioSacral Therapist. He is also a certification examiner for both the Techniques and Diplomate levels for the Upledger Institute CranioSacral Therapy (CST) Certification Program.

Mr. Frey is a Certified Visceral Manipulation Instructor for the Barral Institute. He has practiced CST since 1985 and VM since 1990.

He is an adjunct professor for the City University of New York’s Physical Therapy Program at Staten Island College where he teaches CST. He teaches CST and VM to health care professionals, and has lead CST and VM study groups in NYC since 1990.

As Director of the Institute of Physical Therapy he is actively engaged in patient care, providing high quality manual therapy oriented treatment for infants, children and adults for a wide spectrum of physical dysfunctions, orthopedic, neurological and musculoskeletal problems, and chronic pain syndromes, women’s and men’s health issues and for bodymind integration, health and healing.
