I am professionally certified as a CranioSacral Therapist, an Advanced Energy Healer & teacher, and a Spiritual Healing Practitioner & ordained minister. My intention is always to help people find inner peace in whatever way works best for them, but my personal path embraces the pure non-dual ideas described in 'A Course In Miracles'. In terms of my professional training, Advanced Energy Healing (AEH) works through aligning with our inner teacher (spiritual Self) through our vertical axis, which helps us to integrate the unconditional love and wisdom of our unchanging eternal nature, transforming personal challenges into transcendent opportunities to experience greater enlightenment, peace and unity awareness throughout our bodies and in our every day lives. Another helpful modality is CranioSacral Therapy (CST) which soothes, revitalizes and recalibrates our central nervous system by blending with the tissues & cerebral-spinal fluid that flows through the core (vertical axis again) of our being. Somato Emotional Release (SER), an aspect of CST, occurs when 'energy cysts' containing stored emotional & mental content gently release. (CST is beneficial for: chronic pain, migraines, learning disabilities, autism; shock, accidents; birth, dental & emotional traumas; anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue; ear & sinus infections, infant & child care; scoliosis, vertigo, asthma, TMJ, arthritis, brain & spinal injuries, insomnia, toxicity, seizure disorders, conflicted mental/emotional states, etc.) As a techniques-certified craniosacral therapist, I have studied to advanced levels in CST & SER through the Upledger Institute where I am also a certified teaching assistant & study group leader (see: www.upledger.com). I also facilitate ACIM workshops (next is Sat. Nov. 15 at The Church of Truth) & mentoring sessions for personal & collective healing. Historically, my spiritual orientation blended buddhism, taoism, first nations & especially ancient wisdom teachings, but through ongoing direct experience in meditations & healing sessions, I came to fully embrace the "pure non-dual" ideas described in 'A Course in Miracles' which encourage the applied metaphysics of quantum forgiveness. Combined with my training in AEH & CST, clients have a natural, easy and direct experience remembering and embodying their inner nature as infinite love, transpersonal stillness, core awareness or "simply being". An ACIM study group meets at my office most Tuesday evenings. (I am also organizing visits in 2009 from respected ACIM teachers abroad including Tomas Vieira, Nouk Sanchez & Gary Renard).

Hours of operation / Fees
Fee: $ 60-75/hour + gst (on a sliding scale). Babies, children & pets: $ 50-60/hour. First session is usually two hours for $ 120. Because of the range of my service, some people choose to be on the massage table the entire session, whereas others prefer to work in more of a counselling & awareness format in chairs. Therefore, many clients prefer a two-hour format to allow plenty of time to go very deep within and remain there for as long as possible.

Driving directions
Located in Oak Bay Village with free parking in the numbered stalls behind the building. There is also two hour parking on the street, or all day a block away. The photo is of my best friend Wylie Coyote, now nearing 15. We work together, so if you have an allergy, please let us know!

Articles & Books Written
I am slowly writing a book entitled 'Only Love Is'. The practice of consciously choosing unchanging spiritual wholeness/unity/freedom/peace/innocence/forgiveness/Spirit/Source/God/Self/Love/Light, instead of anything else, was initially put to words in 2001 when I wrote my ordination thesis: 'Living Christ consciousness; unconditional love, nonjudgment & equality'. I discovered the teachings of ACIM a while later and realized that they were the same as what I had been being shown through my internal Teacher.
