I am a Licensed Massage Therapist & Certified CranioSacral Therapist with more than 30 years of experience. For the past 24+ years my focus has been in CranioSacral Therapy.  

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet surprisingly deep, non-invasive therapy that works with the body's own healing powers to release restrictions and recover from injuries. This therapy is used to treat adults, babies, even pets and promotes healing for people with a wide range of concerns, including migraines, TMJ dysfunction, chronic pain, injuries, and emotional issues.

It is the basis of osteopathy that the body is a self-healing mechanism. My core belief (a belief acquired from Dr. John Upledger, founder of CranioSacral Therapy) is that we all have the ability to heal ourselves. CranioSacral Therapy helps to facilitate that process.
