Heidi founded Breakthroughs In Healing Center 17 years ago in Olympia, WA. Heidi bridges wholistic healing approaches and western medical models that honor the body's ability to heal itself. Heidi has practiced as a Registered Occupational Therapist for 34 years. She is a Certified Craniosacral Therapist and Certified Teaching Assistant as well as a teaching assistant in Visceral Manipulation, Pediatrics, The Brain Speaks, and a Sharecare Instructor. Heidi has extensive training in pediatrics and specializes in the advanced manual osteopathic techniques of Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, Articular Joint Treatment, Dr. Chickly's Brain Curriculum, and Mechanical Link. She has also studied the therapies of Manual Lymph Drainage, Myofascial Release, and Matrix Repatterning. Heidi has a B.S. degree from Boston University-Sargent College of Allied Health. Heidi has studied massage and natural therapeutics which she practiced for 10 years, having graduated from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in 1981 and was licensed in massage in New Mexico and given a title of natural Therapeutic Specialist. Heidi has done presentations at the Evergreen State College, University of Washington Children"s Conference, spoken to groups including Parkinson's groups. Heidi has joined the Gem Clinic which specializes in nutritional therapy and offers movement and educational classes.

My Skills
Heidi has worked in wellness treatment and education as well as presented at conferences, colleges, and to varies groups in the fields of Occupational Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. Most insurances accepted. She also started a group in Seattle WA called the "Healing Circle" for the purpose of education and to bring together practitioners in western and alternative healing approaches.
