Charlene Worthley Charlene's path has led through many modalities to create an eclectic practice. Her goal is to create an environment for healing and change, enabling the client to move forward into health and empowerment. Charlene's background as a competitive figure skater, dancer and horsewoman make her uniquely equipped to address the specific needs of athletes and performers. Using gentle force -- often less than five grams of pressure -- she works with the client to bring the body back into a state of physical and emotional balance. Her practice extends to horses and other animals, enabling her to work with riders and their horses. |
