You are not alone. I'm Charlene Worthley and it is my joy to help. I offer CranioSacral Therapy, a light touch therapy that releases tensions deep in the central nervous system to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole body health and performance. CST helps the body rebalance, recover from trauma -mental, emotional or physical- and return to health.

With a private practice in the Santa Clarita Valley and Glendale, my path has led through many modalities to create an eclectic practice. My goal is to provide an environment for healing and change, enabling you to move forward into health and empowerment. Using gentle touch-often less than five grams of pressure. I work with you to bring the body back into physical and emotional balance.

My background as a competitive figure skater, dancer and horsewoman makes me uniquely suited to address the specific needs of athletes and performers. My practice extends to horses and other animals, enabling me to work with the equestrian/horse team.

CST is the most subtle yet powerful healing modality that I know. People come to my door in pain and stress, and leave smiling and completely transformed.
