Relaxation is just a touch away...Board Certified Massage Therapist, Natural Therapeutic Specialist

Imagine . . . you've been working hard, keeping up with all that life demands. You're too tired to move, and too tense to rest. Relaxation is just a touch away . . . at Duneland Massage.

GETTING A MASSAGE
You may be skeptical or shy as you lie down on the warm, soft cushioned table, but soon, after placing your aching body under the skilled hands of an expert massage therapist, you are delighted to feel the tightness begin to flow out of you. You begin to absorb the safe, warm and inviting atmosphere. The firm, gentle strokes convince your muscles to relinquish their accumulated tension. Your neck gratefully softens and your shoulders fall. As your spine unwinds and lengthens, you are astonished to feel that old ache in your back disappear. Your limbs become loose and free as new energy flows through them. You feel good all over. After an hour of this delightful treatment, you are profoundly relaxed and invigorated. The only disappointment is that it has to end, but you vow to return. Floating out of the room, all aglow, you realize that everyone in this world deserves a good massage.

THE BENEFIT OF MASSAGE
Besides reducing stress and fatigue, massage imparts many other healing benefits. It reduces congestion and improves circulation, increasing oxygen and nutrient supplies to muscles, joints, organs and the brain. It calms the nerves and stimulates elimination of metabolic waste, often speeding recovery from illness and injuries. Massage also reduces pain due to spasm, inflammation and tissue damage. Not only do you feel better after a massage, you look better, too – due to improved posture, skin tone and energy levels.
