Release Therapy, LLC

About Me

I graduated with my degree in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 1993 and practiced in a variety of clinical settings including: Sports Medicine, TMJ, Pain Management, Outpatient Orthopedics and Acute and Inpatient Rehab. I became techniques certified in craniosacral therapy in 2018. I worked for 7 years in a private practice craniosacral clinic and started my own practice in 2019.

I began studying Craniosacral Therapy in 2007 after having a challenging pregnancy with my 3rd child. My son was seen by a craniosacral therapist, and I was amazed at the how quickly he became a happier, healthier child. After witnessing the profound changes in my son, I was motivated to learn more about CST. After my first class, I knew that I wanted to bring CST and other manual therapies into my PT practice.

Through CST, I am able evaluate and treat my clients with a holistic approach. I use only a light touch and do not "force" the body but rather listen and follow the tissues in order to release restrictions. I strive to help my clients find the root cause of their health issues and provide them with the guidance and therapy necessary to achieve their goals.

I provide CST and light touch manual therapy to newborns, children, adolescents, teens and adults. Diagnoses I commonly treat are colic, torticollis, breast feeding challenges, body tension and plagiocephaly in infants. Autism, ADHD, anxiety, concussion, arthritis, migraines, headaches, musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, chronic pain and inflammation, chronic fatigue, sports and MVA injuries of all ages.
