From I-85 and Guess Rd. exit, Go North 4 miles on Guess Rd.
Turn left at Umstead Rd, the only road with 2 left turn lanes, (Mobil gas station on right, BP on left).
Go 1/2 mile to first main road on the right(Bivins Rd.) Church on right and fire station on left.
Go 1/2 mile to 2nd left (Fairoaks Rd.)
Go into neighborhood, (Greymoss-large sign with rock on sides).
Do not take 1st right (Ventura Rd.), take 2nd right (also Ventura).
A short distance on the left is a "CLOSE TO THE HEART" sign: a red arrow near ground that directs you down the correct driveway.
Come down driveway. Door labeled "Office" faces driveway.

As a Lactation Consultant helping moms and babies with breastfeeding problems, since 1993, I was searching for an answer. "If I could just eliminate the tension in the baby's body", I thought, "the natural instinct would take over". How could I remedy it? The answer — CranioSacral Therapy (CST). (In my experience, 90% of breastfeeding problems are due to baby's poor suck. CST remedies this very effectively.)
I began taking Upledger Courses. I am now a Certified CranioSacral Therapist (CST), with courses through Advanced CranioSacral Therapy, and CranioSacral Therapy for Pediatrics. In my journey, I've also specialized in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) through level III,(including Lymphatic Drainage of the Breast), and Bruno Chikley MD's renown Brain Curriculum.
I apply my CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage and Brain Curriculm skills to ALL ages.
Working on infants requires the most sensitive, skilled touch of all. Whether you are an adult, child, infant or pregnant woman, you will be in very good hands. Our prenatal and birth experiences often have lifelong effects.
CranioSacral Therapy's very gentle touch (the weight of a nickel) deeply affects all parts of the body. It helps many physical and emotional conditions: colic, ADD, learning disabilities, migraines, neck and back pain, emotional stress and tension, car accident injuries, concussions, TMJ,chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and many others.
I consider my clientle the entire human family, from conception, through all the stages of life. I have a gentle, nurturing touch that nourishes the inner being in each of us.
By the way, I myself have experienced the amazing results from Craniosacral Therapy and Lymph Drainage. From a "hopeless case" to hopelessly in love with life! That's the real story.
