N.D. Preeta heard about, and experienced craniosacral therapy while at Bastyr University, studying for her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. Her first experience of craniosacral therapy made her a firm believer in its ability to release physical and emotional restrictions from the body and mind. After suffering from tremendous lower back pain for many years, she is able to function on a daily basis without that pain. Since then she has studied craniosacral therapy and incorporated it into her naturopathic practice. She values helping her clients in their healing process, in helping them discover the beauty of their body's ability to heal itself using natural methods. Craniosacral therapy gives her the ability to help her clients release restrictions in their body, whether physical or emotional, that are keeping them from living a content and fulfilling life. She values the team effort and awareness it takes to make mind-body connections. She has helped people with varied concerns including fibromyalgia, lower back pain, scoliosis, Parkinson's disease, extreme stress, endometriosis, asthma, fears and people who want to relax on a deep level.
