A CranioSacral Therapist for nearly 20 years, Nancy Westphal is a renowned clinician, multi-therapist team leader, and mentor for other manual therapists who want to advance their skills. She specializes in working with individuals who are seeking relief from complex, chronic and often painful conditions that other practitioners have been unable to help. Nancy began her clinical career in Chicago, where she spent more than a decade running a thriving private practice that catered to all ages, from newborns to the elderly. She was especially impressed with the profound improvements she witnessed in her clients’ pain, tissue regeneration and emotional healing with the use of CranioSacral Therapy. Inspired, she went on to study CranioSacral Therapy with its founder, Dr. John Upledger, and eventually attained the most advanced level of certification available. She has also added a number of other therapies to her repertoire, including Sensory Integration, Zero Balancing and Lymph Drainage Therapy. In 2000, Nancy was personally tapped by Dr. Upledger to join The Upledger Clinic, where she was a key therapist in a number of specialized healthcare programs. She participated in the dolphin-therapy research project in the Florida Keys, the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder program for Vietnam Veterans, and the September 11th Trauma Relief Program held in New York City. Her love of animals has moved her to study wolf behaviors, learning more about how to treat wolves and other animals using CranioSacral Therapy. She is also a certified presenter and teaching assistant for The Upledger Institute. Driving directions Getting Here: The Upledger Clinic is located at 11211 Prosperity Farms Road, Suite D-223, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.From I-95, take PGA Boulevard east; or from the Florida Turnpike, take Exit 109 (Palm Beach Gardens). From there, go east on PGA Boulevard to Prosperity Farms Road. Turn right. Within 2/10 of a mile, you'll see on the right a red entrance marker and the 11211 address. Turn here. From the entrance, proceed to the office complex on the left (Bldg. D). We're on the second floor. An elevator is available for your convenience. |
