Within a decades of experience in healthcare and over 6 years in wellness, we combine clinical knowledge with integrative therapies to support your body’s natural ability to heal.
Our founder began her career in 1986 as a Registered-Surgical Nurse in her country of origin and later worked as CNA-HHA, MA gaining extensive experience in both acute and long term care.
Today, her work integrates holistic modalities including Massage Therapy, Craniosacral therapy, Reiki, and Integrative Health Coaching—Helping clients reduce pain, relieve stress, restore balance, and enhance overall wellbeing.
