Massage Therapist/Kripalu Yoga Teacher
I have been Blessed!! Nationally certified and licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Involved in private practice since 1995. Actively pursuing alternative, holistic practices to facilitate healing and well-being in myself and others. Currently involved in learning/implementing the esoteric healing practices used in ancient civilizations; Shamanic, Yogic and Mystical practices. Always striving to learn and understand our bodies ability to access its own healing power and facilitate that healing in others.
Have raised two daughters as a single mom and maintained a successful practice while continuing my quest for knowledge in healing mind, body & spirit as I look to create healing and joy in the world!!
My Skills
Construct treatments based upon what the client tells me they want addressed. Combine tools derived from massage techniques, CranioSacral Therapy, Auyveda, Shamanic practices for integrating energies and use of Mystical rites and practices. Much success is often with clients who have not been served by the traditional western medical model and have sought relief.
More specific: Massage - Deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal, reflexology, sports and injury work, Chair Massage for off-site locations CranioSacral - Balancing entire system, release energy blockages causing pain ie, headaches, low back issues, neck/shoulder issues Reiki relaxation/healing pre and post surgery. Shamanic integration: Chakra illuminations, Soul retrievals, Mystical practices - work with etheric energy fields to release blockages in physical body.
I am also a professional level Kripalu yoga teacher (500+hrs). Currently teaching at the Salem YMCA's and presenting workshops to deepen yoga practices. Private/semi private yoga sessions available home or office.
