Thank you for visiting!  I'm a certified CranioSacral Therapist and licensed Massage Therapist, and have been helping people for decades through these modalities.  I also work in the conventional medical field in Pathology, and this knowledge has helped greatly in understanding client's issues.

CST is an amazing avenue for healing as it empowers the client:  as therapists, we listen to the client's body/CranioSacral rhythm and the body shows us what the client needs.  We in turn help the client to release restricions/adhesions.  The client is in charge!  The following are links to the Upledger Institute International that can help explain CST and SER (an advanced form of CST): CST and SER. Lisa is a Certified CranioSacral Therapist and has been practicing since 2002 and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 29 years.  She holds a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, and has worked in the conventional medical field for 32 years.   

She has received her CST training through the Advanced level with the Upledger Institute International and facilitates as a Teaching Assistant with all main CST courses.  She has participated in UII's CST intensive programs at the Upledger Clinic in Florida, and has been a primary therapist with Integrative Intentions intensive Programs.  Also, she particpates and has been a primary therapist  in the Dolphin Assisted Therapy intensive Programs in Freeport, Grand Bahama.  If you are interested in any of these programs,  please contact Lisa.
