Lisa currently practices therapeutic Swedish and Thai massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Touch for Health Kinesiology, and Reiki Energy Balancing at Heart and Soul Massage in Spring Hill, Florida (HeartandSoulMassage.com). She also teaches infant massage, childbirth education, and Intro to CranioSacral Therapy workshops locally. Lisa works with clients of all ages and has a wide range of experience with both children and adults. She brings a strong clinical background to her practice, with twelve years experience in occupational therapy serving both pediatric and geriatric populations. Lisa also has an ongoing commitment to supporting healthy family bonding, and to that end she has certified through DONA International and CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association) as a birth doula, FIMFB (The Foundation for Infant Massage and Family Bonding) as an infant massage and prenatal bonding educator and level 2 and 3 trainer, and CAPPA as a childbirth educator. She is currently the Director of the Foundation for Infant Massage and Family Bonding (InfantMassageFoundation.com) and is actively teaching certification workshops across the country for infant massage instructors and continuing education workshops for BART (Bonding and Relaxation Techniques), which is stroking techniques for the child with special needs. |
