Lisa Polec

Dr. Lisa Anne Polec received her chiropractic degree in 1988 from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. She is licensed in the states of Washington and Oregon and has a private practice in Seattle.

In 1988 she began studying CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and continued on through the CST series as a student and teaching assistant.

In 1989 Dr. Polec began her studies with Dr. Jean Pierre Barral. She became certified as an instructor for the Visceral Manipulation program in 2000 where she taught primarily throughout the US and Canada. For the time being, Dr. Polec is not teaching and is enjoying having more time to focus on her practice, studies and other important passions in her life.

Dr. Polec helped to launch the Visceral Manipulation program at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. She was an instructor for the University in its first year of the VM program in 2005.
