Dr. Lisa Brady Grant earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Regents College of NY and graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1982. She then began a private practice in Garden City South, NY. In 1991 she relocated to Jackson Hole, Wyoming where she maintains her practice today. She began her studies of Visceral Manipulation with Jean-Pierre Barral D.O. in 1991. Since then Lisa has been devoted to the study and practice of this approach and is accomplished as both a clinician and a teacher. She became a teaching assistant for Visceral Manipulation in 1995 and was certified as an Instructor for the Barral Institute in 2002. She is known for her playful, enthusiastic and clear teaching style. Lisa draws on a wealth of experience from a life long interest in movement and healing, with a strong background in dance, yoga, pilates, gyrotonics, and skiing. Professionally she has numerous post graduate hours in a variety of manual medicine disciplines, including Cranial Osteopathy, Craniosacral Therapy, Directional Non-Force Technique, Applied Kinesiology, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Nimmo Receptor Tonus Technique, Neural Manipulation, Muscle Energy Technique and various extremity techniques.
