About Me

 I graduated from the British School of Osteopathy, London, in 1986. Following graduation, I began my professional practice in manipulative Osteopathy. In 1995 CranioSacral Therapy (CST) took my interest after I read a book by Dr John Upledger, convinced by the work, I travelled to America to begin training as an Upledger CranioSacral Therapist. CST is my main therapy now, but I do integrate osteopathic techniques in my treatments on occasions. A visit to the Clinic here in Redruth will involve a full case history and examination, and further tests if required. I believe that CST makes permanent and sometimes profound change to patients’ well being and general health. The SER (SomatoEmotional Release) process is an integrative part of Upledger CST – this occurs spontaneously and may help you get into your issues and health problems, and bring about permanent change on many levels. My Skills

Following the initial interview and examination, treatment starts on the first visit, and will be applied in direct response to the needs of your structure, function and symptom picture, without judgement, whatever your personal process. Everyone is different, so treatments vary from person to person. Cranio-Sacral Therapy may lead into Somato-Emotional Release and therapeutic imagery and dialogue if that is what you need or want to do in a session. By appointment, between 9.30am and 7.00pm First consultation (allow an hour) £80.00 and follow up treatments £55.00. If you need a longer session, it will cost £75.00 - normally 1 to 1 1/2 hours
