I am a mother of 4 wonderful humans and a grandmother of 3 beautiful little people.

I love music and have shared that love with all of my children!!

I have been practicing CranioSacral Therapy as a professional for 3 years, but I have been a recipient of it for over 15 years.  I truly feel like I learned it from the inside out.  

I successfully completed the Upledger certification process and have been certified for almost a year.

I love helping people reconnect with their bodies.  I have gone through the process myself and know how easy it is to lose touch with ourselves.  I am honored to be part of my clients reconnections. 

My Skills

I love CranioSacral Therapy and Somato Emotional Release.  I also practice Lymph Mojo and am a Reiki master.
