What is this CranioSacral stuff, anyway? CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch bodywork technique that is designed to facilitate the release of restrictions in your body. These restrictions may be physical or energetic. Regardless of the cause of the restriction, if it is causing a disturbance in the flow of fluid or energy, or is otherwise having a negative effect on your body’s ability to function, CST may help you to heal.
CST is performed with the patient completely clothed, resting comfortably on a well-padded treatment table. If you are not able to lay flat on a table, accommodations are made for your comfort and safety.

Jeff is a Nationally Certified, Florida and Hawai’i licensed massage therapist. He is a graduate of the prestigious Somerset School of Massage Therapy, a Professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP), and the American CranioSacral Therapy Association (ACSTA) and is fully insured.
Since his graduation, Jeff has been aggressively pursuing his knowledge of CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. He is currently Techniques Certified, is working towards his Diplomat certification and works frequently as a Certified Teaching Assistant for CranioSacral levels 1 & 2, SomatoEmotional Release levels 1 & 2, CranioSacral for Pediatrics and The Brain Speaks around the Northeast, in Hawai’i and in Florida.
