JACKIE HAND, has a private practice in Movement Re-education, Connective Tissue and CranioSacral Therapies for all-ages and professions, newborns to seniors. She works in NC, NJ and New York City. Certificate Program Faculty at the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies, LIMS® in New York City for 28 years, she has also taught Laban Movement Analysis/Bartenieff Fundamentals at New York University, Montclair University in NJ, Teacher’s College at Columbia University, in Berlin, Germany and in Budapest, Hungary. Jackie has taught ballet, modern dance and Laban Movement Analysis for many years. Jackie has an MA (University of Oregon), a BFA (Ohio State University), is a Certified (Laban) Movement Analyst, a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist/Educator, and a Certified Teacher in Labanotation.
