My passion is CranioSacral therapy and it is this modality that I have found to be the greatest vehicle to help my clients heal from their accute and chonic physical conditions. In this endeavor, I strive to learn, teach and facilitate others in their healing journey. I have ventured into a variety of modalities and have created an eclectic practice mixing CranioSacral Therapy, Energy work and SomatoEmotional therapy together.

My personal process has taught me that to help another to heal, one must first heal the self. I believe that a healer or therapist can only take another to the level that they have achieved within themselves. After decades of personal growth work, I bring my heart, mind, body and soul into my work.

Our bodies have an inherent and innate ability to self-heal, I facilitate in this endeavor. I offer a safe environment to support and enhance this process. Utilizing my various skills, I help stimulate the unwinding of chronic holding patterns, trauma or stress. My clients report that my work enhances their calm state of mind, body and emotions.
