My practice offers clients a lifetime of valuable holistic life experience. In my quest to better understand the Life Force in All living things I earned a Bachelors degree in Environmental Studies.

Wanting more information and knowledge of how to apply the "Life Science" of Ayurveda to healing, I became Board Certified as a Polarity Practitioner/Educator. Furthering my studies of ancient healing wisdom I received my attunement as a Reiki Master. And while I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, the focus of my practice is in the Healing Arts Mind-Body Integration.

As a Techniques Certified Craniosacral Therapist and working with SomatoEmotional Release I have been fortunate to have worked in what I believe is one of the most potent healing energy modalities. Not only do I grow as a practitioner through continued education courses, I continue to learn from clients through each and every session.

Additionally, I have studied various forms of energy and movement including 20 years experience training and teaching Figure Skating, practicing Tai Chi, Qigong, Shamanic Healing and Yoga.

My personal passions include travel and adventure, cooking (and eating!), the study of meditation, ancient healing techniques, and how energy effects the total mind-body and spiritual matrix of Ones’ health. My Mission is to empower others on their own healing journey.
