Cornelia has been practicing Somatic Therapy for 17 years and during that time has studied many modalities of bodywork and healing. Throughout these studies the core message has been the connection between body, mind & spirit. Cornelia's primary focus in bodywork is CranioSacral Therapy; weaving into that work any of her skills to facilitate dynamic healing and growth. She understands the body has the ability to heal itself. CranioSacral Therapy is a profound, deep reaching whole body experience accessing, Your Inner Wisdom, the place where you heal from. As we continue to grow and heal, understanding & embodiment of the connection & integration of the body, mind & spirit will remain open to exploration and expansion.
