Cindy Dimmitt specializes in CranioSacral Therapy, ZeroBalancing, and massage therapy for infants, children, adolescents and adults. She has 17 years of experience working with children and families in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, schools, and private practice. She has focused on bodywork since 2000 and brings extensive knowledge gained as a speech-language pathologist to her current practice. She loves to witness the benefits that bodywork brings to people of all ages: easing pain, decreasing symptoms of illness and disease, increasing energy, and improving emotional and mental well being. When working with her pediatric clients, she has found that CranioSacral Therapy benefits those with learning difficulties, delayed development, as well as effects from trauma during the birth process. She currently works in private practice in the Lincoln Square area in Chicago. For over five years, she has served as a lead therapist at Integrative Intentions comprehensive treatment programs led by Chas Perry, Ph.D., in Indiana.
