Angela Stevens, COTA, CST (Virginia) - Angela is a Healing From the Core Certified Teacher, Practitioner and teaching assistant. She has a private practice in Virginia as a craniosacral therapist in which she integrates skills from her occupational therapy background, level III Reiki, Lymph Drainage, SomatoEmotional Release trainings, and extensive Healing from the Core Studies.
Angela provides a strong, grounded, steadfast therapeutic presence that creates a safe environment for her clients to connect with their deepest healing potential. Drawing from her personal journey of recovering from Post Traumatic Stress and Disassociation Disorder, she has refined her knowledge and expertise of facilitating clients in their deep healing journey. Her practice includes all ages, with children being very dear to her heart. Formerly a pediatric occupational therapist, she worked extensively with a wide range of pediatric diagnoses, primarily autism. Having raised four children of her own, she has developed a deep and compassionate understanding of the tenderness in a child's heart, and the gift of childlike heart connection.
